An Honorable Artillery Company Officer`s Gorget circa 1810

An exceptionally rare officer`s copper gilt gorget to the Honorable Artillery Company circa 1810 profusely engraved with a massive pre 1815 Royal Coat of Arms to the front and on each wing with the Prince of Wales`s Feather coronet and the Coat of Arms for the Honorable Artillery Company.
The gorget retains 90% of its original gilt and the engraving is the highest quality I have ever seen with no evidence of wear visible.
The gorget has a very small crack just below the Royal Coat of Arms and slight loss of gilt around the top edge of the gorget but is otherwise one of the best examples I have ever seen and suffice to say exceptionally rare.
